Emerge Wellness Center utilizes secure, HIPAA-compliant artificial intelligence (AI) technology to assist with documentation during sessions. This allows clinicians to focus more on patient care while ensuring accurate and timely records. All documentation generated through AI tools is reviewed and approved by the clinician, and your information remains protected under all applicable privacy laws.

How We May Use and Share Your Information
We may use or share your health information for:

1. Treatment – To provide, coordinate, or manage your mental health care (e.g., sharing information with another provider at your request).

2. Payment – To bill and receive payment from insurance companies or third-party payers.

3. Healthcare Operations – For quality improvement, accreditation, licensing, and business management.

Emerge Wellness Center does not share or sell personal information or mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared except as require by law or to enable message delivery.
